I like the head coaching and MAC experience. The timing is good in terms of recruiting. The signing period starts April 17 and ends May 15.

I'm happy its someone with previous head coaching experience in the mid-west and yes buffalo is in the mid west.

I like it. talked to one of the players that is staying she said that 7 are in the transfer portal.

The last couple recruiting years would be Sahar's so it offers clues as to where she has recruited. Hint: some from Can e da and Greece.

As has been noted, Sahar's experience includes the MAC as well as a HC in the MAAC.
She has made a living within the MAC footprint.

I've read and re-read her C.V. and it has MAC WBB star written all over it. Sahar's resume is an almost perfect resume of how to move up the career ladder in an systematic, goal directed fashion. She kept moving up a rung each time changing jobs.

Her background is designed for success in the MAAC or MAC.

Worth noting about recruiting Canada - Canisius is in suburban buffalo and is closer to the Canadian border than EMU is.
