Will probably end up on an ACC staff.
Ehsan probably ends up in Denver if Wulbrun survives.

I’m surprised he lasted as long as he did.

He lasted 3 years too long, maybe more.

Why would Wulbrun be on the hot seat? He took over a team that won two games, has improved their record every year and in his third year just lost in the championship game. His seat isn’t even tepid.

I was shocked that Stanford hired him...I'm not surprised about how it went

It depends. He’ll probably be expected to finish above .500 next season. Will be hard to take a bid or the league from SDSU, NDSU, Oral Roberts, North Dakota anytime soon.

I suppose if they take a big step backwards next season. But it’s Denver. They won 17 games combined in the 3 seasons before he got there. They won 17 this year. Agree it could be a landing spot for Ehsan.

I could see Haase taking a year off. Probably needs it.

They didn’t even wait until the next day when the team got home. Classless move by the Stanford AD.

I think Haase was an overrated coach and should have been let go sooner, but its hard not to feel for the guy during that interview.

He got a lot of mileage out of that one win in the NCAA tournament, eight years at a P5.

He should have stayed here one more year and tried to upgrade/adjust what he had coming back. Robert Brown was the only senior he was losing.

He struck while the iron was hot. That was his chance at a P5 so I think that it was the right move for him. Mike Anderson did the same thing when the opportunity knocked.

Lukewarm fan and student support hurts us with Coach retention and player recruitment.

No way. He made the right move at the time. The chance to go back near his home was a big pull. If he waited a year, that opportunity would be gone.

Most definitely, really improved off the court things for UAB. On the court a little to be desired. Love his 5 jersey combination. Probably would've kept Nate Darling and JD Williams.

If it has been a lower p5 job, maybe he stays. But no brainer to go to Stanford especially with his roots there. He was also leaving UAB with a stacked roster. Any unbiased person would have told him to take the job
