Truly fascinating commentary from DeClue's family as to how this scenario actually played out.

The trial (?) should be absolutely fascinating once Gain fully recovers from her head injuries that most of America saw on the posted clip.

I (?) the trial since these are both minors but I presume DeClue could be tried as an adult. The young lady does seem fairly big for her age. She was damn sure quite a bit larger than Gain; at least it seemed that way to me as DeClue repeatedly smashed Gain's head into the sidewalk 3-4 times. It APPEARED deliberate to me, but perhaps DeClue can explain how it was in fact defensive and done as a protective measure for the "bullying and harrassment" she endured (but apparently was not videoed?).

Perhaps DeClue's bullying and harrassment was verbal....which from her perspective might constitute "being disrespected"...and the MANDATORY payback was slamming Gain's skull against the sidewalk multiple times as "justice" for the disrespect.

We will see how this plays out up in Missouri.
