Will the team captain be the union steward? Will they have union grevience mtgs with management (coach) when the coach hollers at players to work harder, run faster, etc? I'm just curious how this will work.

I think most knew that when this craziness started that it would open Pandora’s Box. Eventually smaller schools will just eliminate sports altogether in my opinion. And who could really blame them.

Dartmouth is like 6-21 this year. I don't think they're going to like what it means to be an underperforming employee.

I think before schools eliminate sports they will probably stop paying their coaches 800K per year. As long as they are doing that, they don't have much reason to complain and will not be dropping sports.
