And again - I see why they would want join MAC, but I don't see what they do for MAC besides add to travel costs.

I'm all for getting some games every year vs a HE team. Umass would be a good one.

Also, I'd love to add W Kentucky (basketball plus a decent football program) or try to lure Mid Tenn again.
Their presence in Nashville is growing. I'd also be open to UConn for football only with 2-3 guaranteed basketball crossovers a season.
