I love Drew but there’s little doubt who’s the man for the job. Drew will have his day. He just needs to keep doing his thing.

I get that HOWEVER....I suspect that because of the speed of this hire Drew was not given an and open opportunity. I have no doubt Drew was very professional but this process happened way too fast. I will also now ask what was the rush ? Why was this hire done in a little over a couple of weeks ?

I believe Wood stated that they wanted a coach in place before the transfer portal opens in March

The only good thing about the transfer portal, imo, is that a crappy rebuilding team like us can turn things around super quickly by bringing someone like jones who can clean up in the transfer portal and get us back to the top of the league where we belong in just a season or two.

Can’t wait to see what MIKE JONES (who) can do!

I agree. The dude goes way back like a lot of us. Just to see how Mike Jones has jumped into the fray has impressed many of us old timers. I know I’m very hopeful .
