Watch EMU go and win this one because it would be meaningless at this point.

Hope Jihad gets plenty of minutes this game both for his 3 point shooting (which is more valuable then Coach Heath seems to recognize) and for the sibling rivalry aspect with Bashir.

According to the coach’s pregame interview:

*Lovejoy was out against Bowling Green because of getting hit on the head during the prior game against ULMonroe. Wasn’t full capacity in the Buffalo game. Hoping he will be in this game.

*Serven is getting more minutes because he consistently hustles.

*a couple other things that were a bit generic, and came into the interview late so missed a couple other things.

Weird, both Jihad brothers with 2 turnovers each with less than 5 minutes played. Bashir’s second on should have been on the pass recipient, but counts against him.

I am not giving up on Martynov, he is just a sophomore. But in consecutive possessions:
->lets an easy rebound just completely slip through his fingers
->then on the next possession gets the rebound but his slow motion put back gets blocked.

He is really struggling this year.
