Rise together (UT athletic dept initiatives)
https://risetogethertoledo.com/

AD Blair has been tasked with quite a few initiatives and he'll have some very tangible programs to cite on his resume when he goes for that next bigger job. But why would he ever leave? Hope he stays a while. He seems to value the casual and die hard fan. I appreciate the fan focus. Glad he's here. He is making changes. Some big and some small but changes all the same. Likely many we cannot detect as fans outside the system.

Not sure if a link has already been done in a different thread. If not, here it is.

Good stuff. The fan committee is one facet that has been discussed on this board and it would appear that numerous guys have applied, including yours truly.

Go Rockets!

I think Blair should and will stay at UT for a while..but the reality is resources and budget present a true ceiling to what an AD can accomplish here--once that is reached, with the experience and contacts he has made, he likely will have better professional career opportunities available to him to consider
