What I do is as soon as you hit the link and it starts to open - I click on the X (I use Google) to stop loading anything further. If I do it quick enough, it loads the story and doesn't get far enough to recognize you are not a subscriber. Sometimes it takes 3-4 tries, but eventually it works. This time, got it to work the first time. Used to use Igcognito mode, but that no longer worked for me.
