3 out of 6 years with Penny
We have hit a top 10 national ranking and then fallen apart.

In 2020 we were 12-1 and ranked #9, then lost 7 out of 12 and wouldnt have made the NCAA that year

In 2022 we were 5-0 and ranked #9, then lost 8 out of 12. We finished the year on an amazing run to recover and make the tourney.

Now we have this year. I dont see this team doing what the 2022 team did... but it would take nearly winning out. But its crazy how most seasons, there is so much drama around this point in the season

I understand the point, but this year is just so weird. In 2020 we had the Wiseman stuff, and in 2022 we had the Emoni stuff, but this year we played one our best games (at Wichita St) and then completely fell apart. Besides losing Mills nothing has really changed. Maybe he was the glue guy that brought it all together, but it still wouldn't explain the amount of unforced, careless turnovers we commit.
