So what is the deal? This is one of the most important times in CFP to have a vocal commissioner at the table with all these negotiations. What is the timeline for a new commissioner?

The new Commish needs to do everything in his power to strengthen what we have. There is no need to bring in another school. We all saw what happened with Wichita, one bad hire and they’re irrelevant. Serious question: how does the Commish make existing schools better when the media dollars are locked in?

We have a winner. Aresco locked us in to the current path for the next decade. The best outcome is adding a SLU, Dayton, VCU type and wait for the MWC to figure out they still won't be making more money than us so we can make another run at AFA/CSU when they can bounce with no penalties.
