No reason not to make a change after Saturday's game. You have to stop the bleeding and move forward.

Delaware shot 39% versus Towson, last time out. They shoot 60% against us. We are definitely the "Get Well" defense for the CAA.
The Blue Hens shot 70% on shots in the paint. That is the epitome of "no defense"... and on national TV.

Hey, we had strong free throw defense tonight. Team shoots 72%, tonight they were 50%.

I would play Lemond more also. He's as quick as Moss and can pass.

RE: MBB vs Delaware
This game showed me all I need to know about which players play hard and those who don't. We have a couple of players who only try on offense. That doesn't get it done. We have a pretty tough schedule coming up. I can't see how we end up with 10 D1 wins this season.

Embarrassing. Lost by nearly 30 with a talented roster

Many of us saw this three years ago and it’s embarrassing that this guy is still coaching our team. I don’t care how nice he is, firing him tomorrow is way too late.

The highlight of the night for me was the drum line halftime show. Too bad we couldn’t let those kids play for another 30 minutes on the court and sent the basketball teams to the basement to finish the game in an auxiliary gym. Those kids were far more entertaining than anything I saw from the home team tonight.

They played at the halftime of our game in Hampton. Very talented.

Please make a change Mann.

The clock is ticking and hopefully the alarm is going off soon the wake up the decision makers.

Regardless of what Jay said on the radio, the crowd tonight was pathetic. My guess is that 50% of the season ticket-holders were MIA

This was depressing to watch.

I drove 200 miles +/- to watch this. Awful.

Does anyone in the administration understand what this is doing to support?

RE: MBB vs Delaware
There are two events in my life that I prayed that I would never have to live through a second time. Both events are the result of two separate pairs of men who, decades apart, were handed the same job, jobs that each pair of men were totally incapable of performing with any degree of competency. Each pair of men managed to bring the entity for whom they were given responsibility to its proverbial knees, entities for whom I have great love.

I hoped that I would never have to live though a coach as bad as Chuck. And I hoped that I would never have to live through a (…….) as horrible as (……).

If the Chuck era is one of two awful events that you prayed you would never have to live through a second time, you’ve had an amazing life.

RE: MBB vs Delaware
The flash sale earlier this week included tickets in the lower bowl, which I’d never known them to do, obviously an attempt to make the crowd look bigger on TV. I will say there were a number of “newbies” in the typically empty seats around me in Section 24. We gave them absolutely no reason to come back to another game this season…in fact, I’m questioning whether or not I’ll invest the 2+ hours (as well as a closed James River Bridge this weekend) to drive up to witness our same pitiful offense, lack of adjustments, and all around miserable play vs a team that’s probably going to thump us worse than Delaware.

The clock is ticking. I sure hope Mann hears it. Soon.

They were selling those tickets for $10. A month ago they were selling for $20. Season ticket holders paid a lot more for the same seats. Not a good way to treat season ticket holders.

Bad look for the first game back for the students, as well. That performance, on offense and defense, won't bring out return visits. It made studying in the library look fun.

RE: MBB vs Delaware
I really feel for the players in this. As part of the relationship between student-athletes and a school, the school should be providing a place for them to grow as players and compete at their highest level possible. We aren't even close to that and you can see the toll it's taking through the body language on the court and bench.
