It is a bit puzzling as Taylor was an up-and-coming OC in the college rank. I don't know what is behind him going to the NFL as a defensive quality control coach.

An NFL job? Having both sides of the ball seems like it would help get a head coaching job later.

I'm curious what made Buffalo want him for that role, but from Taylor's point of view it would be tough to turn down an NFL job.

Especially in this NIL/transfer portal era, being a college coach seems like it could really start to take a toll on you.

He'll be analyzing opposing offenses.

With all the publicity surrounding W&M coaches moving up to the NFL, we should have lots of candidates to choose from.

Great opportunity for him, and with his accomplishments, probably the only way to retain him.
