It's been a while since we had a team start like this. Gotta love it.


Now for the battle for first at Akron....... Improbable sentence, I know.

HUGE 3 point baskets late in the game by White and Lobsinger. Team really played unselfish, hustled, and rebounded well, but still gave up too many drives to the basket. A couple of bad calls didn't help. But a W is way better than an L. Two exciting home wins in a row!!

You could really see the coaching come through with this team today. Almost 20+ years of dealing with coaching bull**** where a WMU team could barely run a good inbounds play when pressed or beat a zone.

Loved watching the execution late in the game today. Most WMU teams for past 20 years likely would have blown that lead/game.

JB changes absolutely everything. Offense has a flow and opens up so many options. GBL, we love ya.

And I also love our football inbounds plays!!!! LOVE.

I was thinking the same thing. He seems to have come to an understanding of what his role is and he has been executing his role/contributing perfectly.

Took over the 2nd half, almost ran away w/ it but let Ohio come back.
This is a good win. Ohio's a good team. I saw they beat an 11-win Troy team.
Not really someone who can dominate a game, pretty equal scoring, tells me lots of depth

But you knew when the men won, the women were in trouble, lost to a 2-win Miami team.

Max could really develop into a nice big man. Good footwork, nice touch…just needs to add some weight and get stronger.
