A&T Alum Loving the CAA Basketball Coverage
I know some members on this board would love for the league to migrate to ESPN however, as an outsider I am loving the national (CBSSN) and regional linear coverage that Flo allows.

The local linear broadcast in high population areas of the country is tough to beat.

1200 Mon 1 Jan - HU @ Drexel - CBS Sports Network

7pm Thur 4 Jan - HU @ Univ of Del - Delmarva Sports Network (DSN)

9 pm Mon 15 Jan - A&T @ Hampton - CBS Sports Network

7 pm Thur 25 Jan - A&T @ Univ Del - Delmarva Sports Network (DSN)

2 pm Sat 3 Feb - Elon @ A&T - CBS Sports Network

8pm Thur 8 Feb - A&T @ CoC - CBS Sports Network

6:31pm Thur 15 Feb - HU @ Stony Brook - SportsNet New York (SNY)

6:30pm Thur 22 Feb - A&T @ Stony Brook - SportsNet New York (SNY)

2pm Sat 24 Feb - A&T @ Monmouth - NBC Sports Philadelphia

1200 Sat 24 Feb - HU 1200 @ Northeastern - New England Sports Network (NESN
+)

I looked at the SOCON schedule and they have a total of 10 nationally broadcasted games across ESPN2/U and CBBSN w/8 regionally broadcasted games over the NEXSTAR network.

That's pretty good for A&T and Hampton.

The Flo deal low key sucks during the non conference season. But it's not bad once conference games roll around.

On Saturday, Feb. 24, every single CAA men's basketball game is on linear TV, at least regionally. That's pretty good.

I agree!!

Flo definitely sucks for football but the CAA is a basketball as I just recently learned.

Flo does rear its ugly head again come tournament time. I believe all tourney games except the final are on Flo only. But the regionally-televised aspect during the season is definitely a plus.

Under the new deal the semifinals and finals of the CAA Men’s Basketball Championship and the title game of the CAA Women’s Basketball Championship will be shown on CBSSN.
