Yet Ohio 10 -0 over GSU.

In this day and age that more than likely means they dont have many players that are good enough for other schools to spend enough. Plus it seems like they have bought into new ways to fund NIL so I'm sure that played a factor as well

In this day and age that more than likely means they dont have many players that are good enough for other schools to spend enough. Plus it seems like they have bought into new ways to fund NIL so I'm sure that played a factor as well

Some of our SBC competitors, including schools like Troy, GS, and App do have NIL funds that are likely more robust than ours has been, and that can make a difference.

I can see why they've lost 4 straight. They're playing like crap against Ohio who's playing their backup QB after their starter went into the portal and is going to play for Cig and Tino at IU.

First rule is a team has to have players another team would want.

GS coming back, but after 5 turnovers the Eagles decided to start playing a bit too late.

The problem is that you can run into Spring Semester start dates. (Although, I guess JMU now has everything run a week later than they used to...)

There’s no reason the portal can’t be the last Saturday in December until the first Saturday in January. It would be a full 8 day window, almost 85% of bowls are complete, and players are enrolled by first class.
