I see a collection of good players. None of them command double teaming or strike fear in the heart of another coach, but play well together.

I’d go with Brady’s 3rd team as having more collective talent. They went on a run to start the year and were receiving votes in the top 25 more than halfway into the season.

That team was well stocked, at least offensively. Even without a motor Bowles could get 20 and 10 any night. So frustrating to watch him not max out his potential, but he got doubled all the time or he ball was going I’m the basket with an assortment of post moves.

Looks like EMU is going to close this one out on Buffalo. 1st dagger against the ineligible SBC teams as well as the 3rd rate 6 win SBC teams.

One thing I am anxious to see, is if our depth makes a difference in back to back and tournament type games. SIU had 3 players with more minutes than anyone on our team.

A deep, intense, athletic team that doesn't turnover the ball over much and plays good defense is tough to play on short rest.

Fresno-NMSU going to overtime, tied at 69.

Fresno State it is at 8:30 tomorrow night. They played twin towers along with a bunch of 3-ballers. It will be a unique test for the defense. To account for 2 giants on the floor while also trying to defend the perimeter arc. Over half their shots were from downtown.

You would think their legs are going to be a little weary playing OT then playing in less than 21 hours.
