ESPN has us opening as 8 point underdogs and only a 31.5% win percentage. LT is 3-7, most of their losses are close aside from Liberty, Nebraska, and SMU. There wins, 22-17 vs FIU, 51-21 vs Northwestern St, 24-10 vs UTEP.

Anyone going to Ruston for the game? I'll be making the drive and bringing my dad for his birthday. Any lunch spot recommendations?

I have to agree on this one, Shsu is better than their record. They'll be in contention next year. They just need to get over the hump as all their games have been very close.

I know y'all are having a rough season, but this game, y'all played really well, y'all were right on our tail the entire game, y'all's deep shot H-O-L-Y SHIIIT scared the piss outta me. The only thing that y'all failed on tonight was turnovers, you don't turnover and you probably win the game. Both teams came to play, Sam had their first taste of blood and wanted more. Great football by both sides tbh, super fun game to watch

It’s also rare what a disaster he’s created. He completely alienated the fan base by publicly humiliating our only beat writer. He has completely botched personnel management. The team has regressed in every game since he got here.

If his team would have shown improvement, he might be worth keeping but they just seemed to get worse. I don’t see that changing courses. In the beginning it looked like it might have been an improved team but that went in the opposite direction. Plus his team has zero discipline

Great feeling to get first conf win and 2nd win on season
Frustrating to look back and see if 4 plays go our way in 4 games where we could be

Looking forward to seeing how we finish the year
One thing not mentioned here our converted DE/LB rushed for 2 tds
Had to be moved to Rb because of injuries to 6 other rbs
