Everything is cyclical. There are good years and bad years.

Attendance: 21,647.
Now that’s more like it. I believe it was homecoming, and I think the weather was about perfect. That’s the kind of support a 9-0 team should get. Ideally, it would have been a sellout, but it’s a decent crowd.

Liberty is the best team we have played all year and might very well be the best G5 team.

COVID---no bowl

Since then--not so good--My point is--it has not been this way. But till 2021 up to now.

We did go to a bowl in 2020, as much as we would like to forget it. Finished a very difficult regular season 5-4 then got blasted by Georgia Southern. It did give us 7 bowl appearances in a row though. We started that streak by beating Illinois in 2014.
