Henrico Sports Center
The new Henrico Sports & Events Center is very near its Grand Opening.

The Center, just off I-95, north of Richmond, can host 12 basketball and 24 volleyball courts at any given time. One end of the 115,000 feet of court space can be converted into an arena-style facility that can seat up to 4,500 fans.

The A-10 Women's Tourney will be the first big event for The Center.

No reason it couldn't host CAA tournament events, in Basketball and Volleyball, in the future.

RE: Henrico Sports Center
It may be borderline for that, Bill. Think the 4500 capacity is with floor seating added, whereas, the fixed seating, center court capacity is 3500. The A10 women's tourney has been played in a 2500 capacity venue previously. Would be a great facility for the CAA women's tourney.

Another option may be the GreenCity Arena projected to be completed near there in 2026. Though it's upper end capacity will be 17,500, it is planned with flexibility to downsize seating capacity targeted for smaller events. Would imagine the A10 men's tournament already has it on their radar for the future.

We should host the men's tournament at Kaplan. Plenty of seats, plenty of hotel rooms in early March, Richmond/Norfolk airports should suffice.

Yeah, TH, I was thinking more of the Women's Tourney. Just hope the GreenCity project doesn't get delayed, like the new baseball diamond.
