He is the SEMO Assistant Coach Reynold's son. I am trying to find some info on what he did for Cape Central last year. If I am seeing things correctly he averaged 16pts and almost 6 rebounds a game as a sophomore guard in Ohio but then would have played at Cape Central I think last year when Korn hired Coach Reynolds. I did see somewhere where Jacksonville State had also offered him. Thats a quick Google search but one of you guys in Cape can probably get a little more info for us.

Jay Reynolds has officially signed with SEMO basketball. We only have 1 senior on the team so I guess that will be our only signing.

Not sure if serious lol, we know that isn't true. Who doesn't lose players to transfer in this day and age lol.

At least 2 will transfer, and we will 100% sign a shooter and a big.

I meant in the early signing period not at the end of the season.

Troy Cole, 6'5" wing from Highland Community College commits. Looks like a good signing for SEMO as he averages 16 pts a game, almost six rebounds a game and shoots 41% from three but he is another wing player. Adds another shooter but we really are going to need much stronger post play next year to improve.

I thought all of our scholarships were taken so someone must be moving on. The last thing we need is another wing player. We need some size and not just a body. Someone who can actually play.

A ball handler and play setter

It is tough to get excited about a guy who had one other D1 offer but hopefully he can bring some much needed play making

Pretty sure he's done. We are in trouble if we don't sign a center.

In the post game Korn said that Aquan Smart and Dylan Branson graduate in May. Not sure if either one will come back for another year.

I'm probably in the minority here but I'm not sure he's ready for D1. A heck of an athlete for sure but he's a 6'5 center that needs to develop guard skills. Lindenwood is an odd choice as they can't win the auto bid for a few more years.

But yes, disappointing that Semo really wanted him and lost him to Lindenwood.
