Just seems like we always have the scheduling stacked against us. Is it just the way it is like they tell us?

We are in transition, so we cannot go to the playoffs. We could "win" the conference title, but that's it. Better to give the advantage to teams that have a chance to go represent in the tournament.

That’s hogwash. We gave hated SFA a break because we couldn’t go the playoffs and they could(giggle). GTFOH. If that’s true, Tarleton doesn’t get another dime from me!!!!!!
You’ve been way over served IT. I’m just hoping to get to that point and forget the last two weeks.

ACU looking good late. Turned on the ESPN+ game and they are cruising. Should even their record to .500.

Whitten's alma mater

Also played (and whooped) them twice while D2...on the road.

UNA and ACU battled hard for over 3 1/2 quarters. It was basically 16-13 going into the last 7 minutes. TONS of penalty calls on both sides and more reviews than I remember in a long time. In the first half, UNA couldn't hardly run the ball. In the 2nd half, it seemed they ran at will. Still, it was largely a defensive game until ACU finally broke it open with a 3 play TD, hold UNA at 4th and 4, then a 52-yard TD run. Final score was 30-13 ACU. Hats off to UCA. They have some stout athletes. Next week has been circled on most of our calendars since the final game of last year...

First off, the folks in Richmond are fantastic! Haven’t encountered a mean person yet. Great place.

Now for the game. Two freaking weeks in a row we should have won and didn’t. Frustrating as h e double l hockey sticks.

IMHO, Whitten is on the hot seat next year.

EKU didn't play Tarelton last year but it was your second straight visit as we played in Richmond in 21.

Not sure how that happened.

We are only playing one ASUN team at home (APSU) and two WAC teams at home. WAC road game is Utah Tech.

Tough loss for you today

We've been playing with fire since we started our FCS schedule. Lost to WCU when we missed a FG to tie right after dropping a game winning TD. Pulled off a couple of miracles today and against SEMO. We could be 4-2 and ranked or 1-5.

ACU had 10, 383 for its homecoming and that was visually accurate. We rarely hit 12k. The trouble is, that in normal ACU fashion, half the crowd leaves at halftime and that includes the students. It's pathetic.

The game was pretty dull until that rousing 4th quarter. Neither team was playing exciting offense and so many stoppages of play. It was our homecoming but even the timeouts and commercial breaks were longer due to events on the field going on longer than normal timeouts. It felt slow and like a long wait for something exciting to happen. Maybe that was why their coach was yelling at referees. Second half opened up offenses a little. As to attendance, the food area was packed pretty much the whole game but it is the students leaving early that bothers me more. One thing I am going to have to do is get me some ear plugs so the amplified shouting during stoppages down on the field is moderated a bit. The sound is painful for normal hearing.

The two weeks prior have been painful to watch. Offense is just offensive to watch. QB play has gotten worse and this is not the first QB that has fallen off as the year wears on.

I gave myself a break this week and after reading some posts I'm glad I did.

I would not doubt the rain threat chased off some. Based on the stream it appeared the stands behind Tarleton were pretty full as was the lower deck on the home side. Upper deck was pretty sparse. Some Sat on the hill at the north end zone.

We had a beautiful weather day last year for HC and had over 15k.

Regardless, I went to the Tarleton game last week which claimed 10k and there might have been 5k.

Dude why are you even here? Or lurking Tarleton games for that matter? Here's a visual for the mathematically challenged obsessed with Tarleton's attendance: The nenovated West Stands capacity alone is 10k. Let THAT be measuring stick. Now, are you saying those seats were half-empty? I happen to know for a FACT they were full, as they've always been since we built it, and about half of the West stands had butts in seats. 10k for SUU game is actually a conservative number. But for real, it's high time we get to the root of your Tarleton obsession, man....why are you so jealous of Tarleton? Applied and didn't in? Got your ass kicked lurking around the bathrooms at a game? Your GF left tou for a Tarleton guy? Whatever it is, you ought not deduce that trolling and spreading lies is gonna make everything all better. Grow up.

I know damn well that's not what you saw. If you did you either a) can't count, or (b) have zero credibility. Likely both, but either way, make like a tree and GTFOH. Tired of you coming on here and other boards just to spread your false Tarleton hate. We get it. You hate Tarleton. And that's OK, but enough already with the lies, man. 05-nono
