Oregon State & Washington State or Army & Delaware? I paired the latter two together since they don't have an FBS conference to affiliate with.

1) Army

2) WSU & OSU

3) Delaware

If that is how it unfolds, which pair is considered to have moved first? The pair that had at least one school move, or the pair where they’ve both moved?

Who said Army has a situation to be resolved? If Army really wanted to get into the AAC, Sun Belt, or Conference USA, what was stopping them last year? Maybe they're just like Notre Dame, they don't want to be in a conference. It's not like Army is anywhere near Playoff contention, even with 12 teams.

Army and Delaware are a whole lot alike. Just like Oxford and Collin County Community College, they both have a mission of educating the youngsters in their market area and preparing them for some future endeavors. Yep. Basically the same.
