Anybody else getting an annoying pop-up while on the site?

I'm getting a CVS add in Spanish that pops up every minute or two. Very annoying!

I've blocked pop ups and specifically blocked pop ups from CSN but it's still coming.

I use a hardened version of Brave. I've never gotten a pop up here. I've also never gotten an ad on youtube. Awesome browser!

I’ll report this on the mod board.

Sounds to me as if you may have some adware / spyware installed.

Oh it's bad....I've basically bought a Volvo at this point, and he x is very hard to click on a phone....I figured this was the platform getting revenue...but if this is fixable - hallelujah

I've had my tech guys check it out and their telling me it's a website add.

Just purchased this laptop two weeks ago.

Never had a problem before this.

The lap top is secure as Fort Knox. I'm a financial advisor.

These type of ads show up occasionally and GTS fixes them. I seem to remember one time it was car that would go across the screen. That is not the type experience he wants end users to have. When he sees the post on the mod board he’ll investigate and take corrective steps.

Having the same issue. I emailed gts@csnbbs.com and they seemed to have stopped.

Less now...but still occurring here (android using chrome)

Yep, thought I was in the clear, but still getting on occasions.

Yeah, I’m just going to go ahead and buy that Volvo X90 if they promise to remove the ad. Been bugging me for the last hour.

Maybe try adblock plus. It's a free download.

Mods don't get ads because we're cool like that.

maybe just say fk it and don't visit on one's phone ... I stopped weeks ago once it grew beyond the point of annoyance...

to date, I don't have an issue on my cpu...

I just started getting the Volvo one today. Haven’t seen any pop ups until now. And it’s really small, so trying to tap on the X with a finger is surgical work.

Same here, every time I move to a different post I get the CVS pop-up in Spanish. It appears to be some sort of malware. It's like CSN has been hacked.
