I'd be really curious as to how they decided who was going to get the survey. Maybe it was just a random sample? Obviously, some season ticket holders received it, while others did not.

Funny how I mentioned how the school was tonedeaf to all of the fans and people did not like that comment. Well, this pretty much validates that. The school should have sent surveys to ALL season ticket holders (full, partial plan etc). And they should have added the question - why would you not consider coming to ODU football games.

Its a step in the right direction. However, they still missed some areas with this survey that could have made it better.

The last question was open ended. You could say anything you want. That's where you could say why you would not consider coming to the games. I told them they need to figure out a way to get people who buy tickets to show up. Also there was a question about whether you wanted somebody to contact you about the survey. I assume you checked yes.

Rally, would be interesting to me to know the details of your conversation with ODU rep since, like Chillie, I assume you wanted them to call you. Is that what you answered to the offer?

I want them to call me. I will be more than happy to give them an hour long chat about why the current product stinks and back up my points I made on how it needs to get better. Absolutely I checked yes, and I gave them many very low scores.

Good for you; I hope they call. I've been season ticket holder since Day 1 and did not get the survey.

The problem with it is that our lights do not change colors. Other stadiums have that, and we do not. I also believe a light show should be done at the start of the 4th quarter to help energize the crowd and keep them jumping. Other stadiums do it, why cannot we? We do not do enough to keep our fans energized and bringing it for 4 quarters.

I suggested it should be at the start of the fourth instead. Gives it an extra quarter to get darker. Wont help during the noon kickoffs but if tied into something besides the highlight clips it wouldn't be as much of a miss when it is still light out.
