1. UGA- I was somewhat disappointed in the offensive line. UT- Martin definitely rose to the occasion. But, in the second half, the Dawgs seemed to get some kinks worked out. Because UTM is FCS, I am putting an asterisk by this game.

2. 'Bama- put an asterisk by this game as well,(MTSU is middling at best in FBS worst conference for football, IMO) but the Tide does look pretty strong.

3. Florida- first of all, kudos to the Gators for actually scheduling a decent opponent in week 1. Although everyone else was crapping on the Gators, I actually admired them for playing this gsme. However, lots of room for improvement though.

4. LSU- see Florida.

5. Tennessee- statement game!! Vols should be a force to be reckoned with this year.

6. Ole Miss- see UGA & 'Bama.

7. Arkansas- see Ole Miss.

8. South Carolina- very bad performance vs UNC. I like UNC being scheduled, but the Gamecocks were just plain bad!! Also, ditch those helmets, bring back the claasic black block 'C' with the fighting gamecock inside please!!

9. Vandy- aee Arkansas.

10. Auburn- see Vandy.

11. Texas A&M- even though UNM is a basketball school, the Aggies did a nice job here.

12. Mizzou- see Auburn

13.Kentucky- see Mizzou

14. M-State- see Kentucky.

TN fan but not sure that beating Virginia is a statement game. Will see how UVA does vs JMU this weekend.

It took a while for Milton to settle in and put touch on the short passing routes. The test for the Vols will be in the Swamp.

It always is; though anymore KY is also a 60-40 game.
I'm still seeing between 8-4 and 10-2, with a Peach/Cotton Bowl birth a possibility.
Wins: Virginia, Austin Peay, Florida, UTSA, UConn, Missouri, Vanderbilt
Toss-Ups: South Carolina, Texas A&M, KY
Possible Losses: Alabama, Georgia
