It was a performance related decision.

I don't think Calloway played at RB either.

I'm guilty of not making it to the game due to the weather. I detest driving home from Norfolk on dark rainy nights. It's also not safe for me... Hated to miss the game...

In addition to it just being crappy weather, a lot of people (I was one) had outdoor activities that morning and early afternoon which kept getting pushed back and by the time they finished it was 3+ hours later than it was supposed to be. Instead of being done around 2, I was stuck til 5.

Sometimes things just don't work out. During UVA's delay most of the UVA fans left despite it being a game to honor the UVA students that were killed last year.

I would estimate actual butts in seats attendance this past week (largely due to weather) was 10 thousand, with at least 20% being students

Which is a decent turnout considering the weather. I know a lot of parents were stuck at baseball rain delays, etc.

He really did ball out.
