The thing you have to understand about Holgs is that he is the MASTER at getting bullet proof contracts. I guarantee his contract has a massive buy-out clause.

He had a similar contract with WVU that had NO buy-out clause except the full remainder of the contract...and he kept getting extensions. It was only at the end, when the WVU AD refused to talk about a multi-year extension that he decided it was high time to leave.
