Disney has lost their asses on everything they have touched the past decade.

Surprised that Disney stockholders haven't taken action through the SEC.

I'm still surprised the IRS hasn't looked into all these big media contracts between ESPN (and others) and the non-profit conferences and schools that tend to make large profits.

When all the dust settles, if Stanford and Cal are still on the outside looking in.

Then you may just see pressure to investigate.

Amazon.com (AMZN.O) is in early talks with Walt Disney Co (DIS.N) about working on the streaming version of ESPN it is developing, while possibly also taking a minority stake in the sports network, the Information reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

ESPN is considering charging between $20 and $35 a month for the new streaming service, which could make it the most expensive streaming service in the U.S, the report added.
