Yes! We are essentially in a power conference in Soccer now, and this can be seen by the number of teams in the sweet 16. That b level of competition should foster high level recruits.

Volleyball lost in the SBC Finals yesterday to a very good Coastal Team. They have had the Dukes number all season

Hopefully the Dukes can snag an at large bid to the tournament

Both men’s and women’s soccer NCAA partipants. Men won 2 games to make the Final 16.

Women’s volleyball NCAA participant. Results TBD

Women’s lacrosse NCAA participant. Lost in the quarterfinals to #1 Syracuse and finished the season ranked #7.

Football ranked in successive AP polls, and earned the right to be first FBS transition team to play in a bowl game.

Men’s basketball ranked for first time in program history, and are undefeated looking for the best start in program history since the ‘81-82 season.

Interesting that JMU was seeded and Coastal who won the league was not. I am guessing out strong OOC wins got us there. Four teams total from SBC.

Yes, JMU’s placement was directly related to the Dukes’ RPI.
