AAC will probably just stay at 12.

For Memphis whatever the absolute worst outcome is - that is what will happen.

AAC would likely pick up AFA and CSU in that scenario as the MWC lost its two most valuable properties.

Just figure out what the worst possible thing that can happen for Memphis and you will have your answer.

Know how you feel. We’d been better off staying in the Belt.

Brides Maid once again. They hate Memphis. They know they should take us, but they take a shower every time the subject comes up. Fk the B12.

Not so sure about Tulane. I like them, but their football stadium is REALLY small.

Oh and a big "Welcome to the Club" to the PAC12 as they lose the "power" moniker in the next few years. The road to the playoffs just got easier for the AAC.

And damn if the Big12 aint getting spread the **** out. Gonna start calling them BUSA12.

I’m not sure the B12 adding Colorado means they could poach other P5 teams. I guess we’ll see. Maybe it’s a game of follow the money, but CU basically hasn’t been relevant since Kordell Stewart.

Having Deion makes them relevant now even though he's yet to coach a game.

Sure Deion makes them more relevant. However, they were one of the best teams in the country back then.

They might win with Deion, but you kinda missed the point. CU went back to the same conference they used to be in. This isn’t some amazing grab by the B12.

Colorado wasn’t a fan of UT running the show back in the day and now the Longhorns are on their way out. Musical chairs; conference style.

I think the potential rewards of adding Colorado are worth the risk. Also, this may help get at least one other PAC-12 school to move to the Big XII.

I can promise you that the Big12 will easily find three more PAC schools to join with Colorado. They don't even have to look. Yormack's phone has been ringing off the hook for the last 24 hours. He'll get to chose between six schools.

I think the PAC takes SDSU, SMU, UNLV, and Colorado State to get back to 10.

AAC grabs Army, Air Force, and Boise State.

SMU contracts Buyer's Remorse for being trapped in a Western conference with no meaningful linear tv exposure.

Notice the recency bias? Tulane was 2-11 the year before they went to the NY6 game. Uconn was mediocre in basketball. They're broke, and they have the worst football program. Their stadium is 20 miles from campus in an airfield.

Last fall I was in New England for about a month and spent a little time in the Hartford area. One day I drove to a pretty run down area in East Hartford, looking for a specific ethnic grocery. Imagine my surprise when I drove by UConn's stadium, nowhere near the school, and surrounded by urban blight. Was far from impressed.

Don't paint us all with such a broad stroke. Unfortunately, the most miserable tend to be the most vocal here.

Says the idiot who goes to a school that hasn't won anything since Jesus lost his slippers in the desert. We should be happy to be back with you stiffs?

Just shut up Memphis. Be happy!!!

Imagine all we had to do was be as pathetic as you to move up. F-off, and I hope you lose in Houston Cow Pie Bingo. That's the only thing you losers are good for.

Lol so? With our market and our academics who cares about a stadium size? We could easily expand whenever we feel like it. Tulane is literally at the top of every conference wish list and we are talking about stadium size. We can even use the super dome for big games if need be. Tulane vs Stanford would probably sell out the dome for PAC if it were a conference game. Tulane has a bright future ahead.

LMAO. Talk about delusions of grandeur. Tulane has one great season in the past 25 years and now they’re about to sell out the 83,000 seat super dome.

You just can’t make this stuff up.

As much as it would gall me to see UConn get a call up, I would love to see that ol' Civil COnFLict become a Rivalry Week staple :)

Maybe not, but apparently you CAN make stuff up about the football capacity of the Superdrome.

It was increased to 73 thousand in 2007.

It’s actually 74,000, but in the end, what difference does it make. The claim that Tulane would sell out that stadium, against Stanford of all teams, is pure lunacy.
