Tarleton to play UVa in Charlottesville Nov. 6th

UTA has scheduled games against Air Force in Fort Worth and a guarantee game at Arizona. There should be a road game at North Texas as well. There's also two games in the CUSA/WAC challenge.

I'd hope there's a game against Texas State ready to go. I heard a rumor I failed to follow-up on that the Bobcats home half of the contract was the game in Fort Worth. For several years, they were our biggest three of our nine years in the SBC, they drew our largest crowd. Two other times they were second. One year was COVID where the official attendance was 314 for every game.

seems like we had a big crowd at our home game against oklahoma. a really good game too.

Nice work! GCU Basketball schedule says that a home matchup against NAU and a game against either DePaul or South Carolina at Desert Diamond Arena will also be part of the Arizona Tip-Off tournament.

South Carolina counts as a P5 despite being far below you in the NET rankings. Go get 'em!

Good article. As you point out, this 20 game in-conference schedule really limits things. If we do our usual home-and-away with Corpus, and the two traditional two non-D1 games, that only leaves four real OOC games plus the early tournament.

I’m hoping these types of schedules allow us to drop the DI games. Games against Corpus help in the rankings. Games against Our Lady of the Lake do not.

Loyola Marymount will host Tarleton as part of its 23-24 non-conference schedule, per sources.

The date is set for Friday, December 29th inside Gersten Pavilion.
