That's awesome! Did not know that. I knew ESPN could essentially flex any of their 3/+ games to linear...but I didn't know that they can't add any more midweek TV games. Great news!

Eh, say what you want about CUSA's midweek game affairs but in SHSU's inaugural FBS season they already play 7 games on linear channels including 4 on days Thursday - Saturday.

I mean I guess they can't have any less fans show up to games so midweek games wont affect their attendance.
Also the BYU game isn't part of the CUSA tv deal.

BYU is under the Big XII media deal, nothing to do with CUSA.

The other 3 of the 7 linear games come at the expense of all of their october games. October is my favorite month for football and throwing away ALL your saturday home games so you can be on CBSSN is absolutely not worth it to me.

It's a bit misleading that they say 15 games are slated for ABC, ESPN, or ESPN2. Not one is assured of ABC. 14 are ESPN or ESPN2. 1 will either be ESPN or ABC.
