Is his likeness being licensed? Did the estate give permission for this product?

None of the products on this website look licensed...and that's probably fine for generic looking "Birmingham Basketball" products and a championship shirt that's using the wrong stallion logo without any mention of the actual team or league.

But I don't like it if they are using Gene's likeness to sell products without permission. There's a reason he's not wearing a green tie or jacket in the photo they used.

I'm just happy to have some original merch designs. Tired of the generic Fanatics and bookstore 'fan gear'
