Very sad. It’s more dangerous do use illicit drugs than it ever has. I don’t think “tragic accident” is an accurate description. It is tragic, but unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that fentanyl is being put in everything, many times at lethal doses. So anytime you take anything, you are playing Russian roulette. Unfortunately, some think it won’t happen to them, or are very unfortunate to develop an addiction. Too many families have dealt with this.
