...for the BlazerTalk forum? I know the AAC move for the PROGRAM isn't official until July 1st, but something tells me the date set way back when for the forum move was June 1st... but then again...

...I DO know the C-USA 'conference forum' is quite dead, at least in terms of the 'AAC-6' being there... ...a few have left the 'farewell' posts over there, so... just checking, as usual...

There is nothing left for US in the CUSA forum.

I was going to ask if we could do the site's countdown clock to July 1 to celebrate the big escape. I may stay up until midnight and pop a bottle like New Year's Eve when the day finally gets here.

...and I just noticed that JSU is already in the CUSA site... well, with them moving up and getting 'organized', no big deal in that regard... ...not sure where their page was before... ...but I know we have a fair group of JSU folk afoot, which is fine as we have several ties to them over time... not the least of which is the 'Hats Off to the Gamecock Band!' thread...

I want a countdown to freedom

there is no freedom for us, we still have the same old ball & chain BOT that will find some way to keep us constrained

It’s as good as it has ever been. We need to get away from the BOT ball and chain narrative publicly but remain vigilant.

I’m in favor of moving now. They’ve already got JSU on the CUSA board. I don’t see a need to remain on CUSAbbs since our sports season is over.

But what about a countdown clock? We should do that, right? It's only one of the biggest days in UAB sports history.

There should be some sort of organized party on July 1!

Time is getting close. On my way over here I always run through the CUSA board, I’m really ready to start going through the AAac board instead.

I could go for a local meet up next Saturday. We haven’t had a Blazertalk meetup in a while, outside of tailgates. It’d have to be lunch for me, because I work that evening.
