Bronco football adds 8 transfers

There's good information and quotes from Coach Taylor about the new additions in the linked article.

This doesn't include the guys that were here for spring ball like Tate Hallock (Michigan State), Bilhal Kone (Indiana State), Chad Schuester (Syracuse), and the JuCo guys.

New guys:

QB Hayden Wolff (Venice, Fla. / Old Dominion)
RB Keshawn King (Orange Park, Fla./ Virginia Tech)
WR Kenny Womack (Upper Marlboro, Md. / Sacred Heart)
WR Leroy Thomas (Roanoke, Va. / VMI)
OL Tedi Kushi (Staten Island, N.Y. / Long Island)
OL Michael Shanahan (Orlando, Fla. / Texas Tech)
LB Nate Norris (Chalfont, Pa. / Lehigh)
LB Donald Willis (Garfield Heights, Ohio / Minnesota)

Shanahan can play. I bet he’ll start for you all.

Must have been the "player to be named later."

Any chance Kenny Womack suits up for the bball team?

Excited about the WR, OL, and of course the QB position guys coming in.

Add Jacob Wahlburg to the list. A LB from Purdue but originally from Muskegon Mona Shores. He was a stud at Mona Shores. Posted offers from Michigan State, West Virginia, Louisville, App. State since he entered the portal.

The new staff is putting together a really nice portal class. Probably the second best portal class in the MAC at this point.

He was originally committed to WMU back in 2018 as well. Absolutely huge pickup here.

Who’s the best portal class?

Who’s the best portal class?

In my opinion, Akron has the best portal class. While that could certainly change, I think it currently rivals any other G5 portal class and is easily the best in the MAC. That being said, every school in the conference has at least a few transfers that could end up being difference makers for their respective teams.
