Looks like Huff is doing a ramp on the D side of the ball. Not to sure about the new QB from Rice though.

The QB from Rice has me questioning what we have talent wise. Who else thinks it's odd that we got this guy?

Yes, he has GW type stats. I remember a well-known poster from another place, who seems to know his MU athletics. Last year he said that Zamora was
the freshman who was making the most progress. The he transferred to a DII school. I was thinking if the cut above Freshman is only DII caliber, we are in trouble. With that said
looks to me will all the portal action, our team will look drastically different, than what was at the spring game. We have some nice adds in the last 3 weeks.

Huff will always have a RB first offence. We have the RBs, we just need a serviceable QB to be successful. This was shown after Fancher settled into the game last year.

That makes me nervous. Surely Huff would rather have a great QB/Leader out on the field to take the pressure off the RBs.

The last time we had a true GREAT QB and RB was 2014 with Cato and Johnson. Fancher showed signs of being a good QB last year. I hope he or someone can made that jump. Being able to throw and run the ball opens up the offence and keeps defenses on their toes.
