As for whether this list is legit, everybody is never going to agree with any list. Teams are too high, too low, shouldn't be there, should be there, blah blah blah...

What makes this one unique is it was developed by AI, not by some goober's opinion. So its accuracy depends on the data base it used, and the criteria applied. But no personal bias.

And with Memphis, it obviously counted the games vacated. They were played, after all.

I asked ChatGPT to give me a top 25. Houston was not on that. I asked why. ChatGPT told me Houston was a strong program and had won the NC in 1983 and 1968.
