FAU loses
Last second shot by San Diego State. FAU missed a layup, 2 bad turnovers last 2 minutes. Oh well. They had a 14 point second half lead.

They played really poor basketball after getting up by 14. The only reason they were still in it was a incredible amount of missed free throws by the Aztecs.

Yep. I know everyone says it was a great run and that they should be happy with how far they went but it leaves a bad taste to know you pissed it away.

Yep. Makes it hurt even worse. They were the better team for the majority of the game and basically blew it.
Giving up that many offensive rebounds off of freaking missed free throws is inexcusable if you want to win.
