I'm sure its a great article, but I am not paying for Scarbisky's articles on AL.com
I also hate that he is actually writing a ton of articles on UAB but its behind a paywall when we have struggled for years to get media attention.
You shouldn't have to pay for the news, that's what ads are for. If it was a Patreon article or something that would be fine, but AL.com shouldn't ask for subscriptions.
