St Francis Brooklyn is rumored to be planning to cut all athletics

They were one of the four original D1 members to have never made an NCAA tournament, with us, Army, and the Citadel.

Ah, just mentioned this in the transfer portal thread then saw this. Sad day.

Sounds like they are trying to reinvent the entire school including the location of the campus.

Maybe thats our plan. Wait until we are last. We like to be part of trivia.

The school moved locations to a new building in Brooklyn that lacked athletic facilities. They rented out a gym from D3 Pratt Institute to play games this year, but they're a super urban school without a ton of fan/alumni support, athletics probably lost them money hand over fist.

I guess that they have capitulated. My guess is that the money saved will be less than the money that won’t be received due to the move, all sources considered.
