well it was a good run. we hit a funk and not too surprising. we kind of have been off our game since Memphis and barely got by the 1st round and had to have a comeback in the 2nd to advance. we just don't have the fight for a full game and it caught up.

dang, if only we had made it to the final 4 it would've been an awesome atmosphere. looks like we are going to have to root for FAU the rest of the way.

Man Houston’s D has been so off tonight. Miami has certainly hit some tough shots but they really let them get in a rhythm. This game is still gettable. C’mon guys.

Houston looks tired.

Houston playing in the final 4 in Houston would have been pretty awesome. It's not over yet, but it would take a miracle comeback to pull this one out.

Houston has looked shell shocked the last 10 minutes or so.

Houston has consistently performed less than their usual standard in the first game of a tournament ‘session’ (day 1 of aac tourney, first of weekend games in NCAA) but this is extreme.

Good offense always beats good defense.

It's called March Madness for a reason. Houston had a damn good season; Miami simply played better tonight.

Houston is not alone. For the first time in NCAA Tournament history, no #1 seed has entered the EE.

Houston had a wonderful season.

I agree, but houston hasn’t even played good defense today.

Jim larranaga flat out embarrassed Kelvin Sampson when it came to coaching tonight.

It’s not that Houston lost, it’s the way they lost.

Miami shot well but that was by far worst D I ever saw Houston play under Sampson. The paint was wide open. Thought the week off would help but agree Houston looked winded most of the game.
