the distinctions between 15 and 16 is that the 16th team Princeton isnt very good and barely a top 100 team... and they dont think you are that

the distinction between 5 and 6 is important.. and even getting to 4 is a big deal

Jacksonville shuttered their program a few years ago.

Jacksonville State is in Alabama.

is saying "troll" your default to points you dont like?... i was making a point about the rankings, and chose a random football team that is obviously worse than fau for the point.. i wasnt making a legit list... but showing a example that the media is undermining your team this year.. its disrespectful for a 33 win to be te seen as worse than barely top 100 mid major .. but is being unanimously portrayed that way by the media.. i was calling out the media for doing that

Screw Myron Medcalf, Jay Bilas, and any other blow hard that works for ESPN. These guys don’t know a thing and their dumb reseedings are literally the least important thing that we’ll ever be written about your program. In 2021 when UH was a #2 seed, Myron Medcalf reseeded us at 9th heading into the S16. That was behind #8 Loyola and #11 Syracuse. We played Syracuse the next round and beat them 62-46. Shows you what Medcalfs opinions worth. At the end of the day the fact that these guys were forced to reseed you at all is a win for your program. Beating Tennessee is really all that matters for you guys. And spoiler alert, if you win that one and they reseed for the E8 they’ll have you guys last again. But that’ll be better than the 8 teams that lose in the S16!

One of these guys had stated that the reason for our ranking was that we required luck to get past Memphis and that the other win was a less than impressive showing against FDU. If anything, Memphis fans should be offended.

Winning by one or 40, luck, the other team didn’t want to be there, opponent’s best players missing or an act of God, the result is the same. I hope FAU uses all of the detractors excuses to win the tournament.
