Postseason?
Weird to feel this way after a 24 win season.

Ok. What are the odds of a post season tournament? NCAA - No way. NIT - no, I don't think so.

So what next?

Postseason?
Just…nope.

I’ll actually be annoyed and disappointed if UNCW somehow pays for another CBI. Let that ship sail.

Focus on retaining our good players, and recruit some more.

Also, focus on coaching. Get a FREAKING offensive plan of some sort. Need to stop being so stubborn by benching our best players down the stretch. Siddle better start learning to take some responsibility.

RE: Postseason?
Probably no post season this year. We are sad to come up just short of Big Dance but it was a good season. We should have a really good shot at it next year with most guys back.

RE: Postseason?
The NIT needs to expand to 64 teams, like the WNIT. Teams like UNCW deserve to play in the postseason, but I get it that fans don't want to be a part of these 3rd rate CBI/CIT type tournaments. Rarely does a women's team fans complain about being in the WNIT, unless they got totally snubbed out of at large NCAA bid.

RE: Postseason?
I would turn down the CBI. Would rather start having discussions with players about next season so that we can work the portal early where needed to fill gaps.

Jimmy Bass made a tweet that sure implied that the season is over. So one could infer that there is no CBI talk (there's another, similar, postseason tournament this year also...but I'm guessing there's no talk of that, either). Even if there was, it sure would make no sense without the players really, really, wanting to be in it.

So I'm guessing that's a wrap for this year.
