Travel questions
Ok, now that I know the weekend in question for my road game, I looked and I can fly into MOB for the same price I can fly into Biloxi where I'll be stopping to visit a friend...any thoughts?

Mobile Regional Airport is about 6-7 minutes from USA campus in west Mobile. If you’re staying in Mobile I would fly into Mobile. If you’re staying in Biloxi then I’d fly into Biloxi. If it was me I would probably stay in Mobile but do a night in Biloxi (maybe the casinos) with your friend. If you book later and see any references to Mobile International Airport, they’re in the process of moving the airport downtown but it’s going to be 2024 I believe before that’s complete. You’d be flying through Mobile Regional.

If you want to enjoy Mobile while here, you might choose to stay towards downtown. Dauphin Street is the entertainment district. There are some great seafood restaurants on the Causeway and it’s hard to beat Mobile seafood. I don’t know what there is to do in Biloxi besides the casinos.

I would recommend staying downtown Mobile as well. If you do, go to Mobile’s best dive bar, Garage. At The Garage there is an old Marshall’s flag/banner hanging from the rafters. Most likely from Mobile Bowl game years ago.
