Seems like a really good day to start a new thread for the men's and women's tennis teams. The women whooped up on Florida State this weekend and are now ranked 16th in the country:

Fantastic news and great job all around by the ladies and the coaching staff.

Tennis has come a long way. I was friends with one of the women's players back in the 90's. The team played hard but it always seemed like it was a surprise when we/they had a good season and the success was usually fleeting. Great job building a strong program that is playing at the top level of collegiate tennis.

Yes, the Dom’s have done a very nice job building their programs. Coach Manilla in particular has been moving the ladies to the next level. If you haven’t had an opportunity to get to a match, give it a shot. Really is pretty cool!
