there's a difference between doable and achievable....

as a simple extrapolation, go watch the Netflix Donaghy doc and how/why the NBA only torched a few when there were many ... different game, same bs ... nobody wants to watch the unknowns unless 'cinderella'...

Four is exactly what we talked about last winter. That would put the Sun Belt in "power conference" status.

We were going to get three last year until Louisiana won the tournament. I think four is what we'll get, but if someone jumps up and wins the tournament, five is a possibility.

You talking about a replay of last year? Just for getting in the tournament. Final 4 needs to be all SBC teams.

Perhaps in your dictionary, not mine.

If the SBC can earn 4 bids (including hosting) the league can “do” (or “achieve” if you’d like) 5 bids.

The real challenge for the SBC is to win in the first rounds, advance multiple teams to the super regionals, and ultimately move a team (or teams) on to the CWS.

I just hope TXST baseball continues to be great and not be picked high like our mens basketball and then faceplant.

Our first SBC game is a road game against TXST. We get GSouthern as our first SBC home game.

Then there will be the sold out Louisiana series.

Disappointed we don't have a full series with LT. But at least they'll visit mid week. We'd hit the attendance out of the park if we can get UL, LT, and Tulane visiting the Pete with a full series.
