RE: SMU Game thread
What's up with this announcer wanting a flagrant foul on Lahkin. The SMU guy fouled him, that's why Lahkin's elbow hit him when he brought his arm down.

Glad the officials had some common sense.

Yeah, I wonder if they were actually looking at the SMU guy for a hook and hold. That was a lot closer to a flagrant than Lakhin getting his elbow pulled into the guys face.

Just curious. Is it legal to pay officials NIL money now?

NICE block by Lahkin. We had the game about sewn up before that quick three point miss by Davenport, and everything was gonig wrong afterwards until Lahkin's block.

Let's see if we can score out of the Timeout.

RE: SMU Game thread
A contested 3 with like 15 seconds on the clock is the shot we wanted?

RE: SMU Game thread
Nope. No offense out of the Timeout, then bad defense which should have cost us a layup.

One more opportunity for the defense now.

Davenport and Nolley are hard to trust with the ball late game. Davenport has poor decision making on shots and Nolley leads us in TO's (this game and per game and per 40 minutes on the season).

Wow. That closest official was not going to call that SMU foul. I don't think he like Nolley much.

MAW with only his fourth missed free throw of the year.

But Lahkin saves the game with ANOTHER block. His 8th.

Coach got too cute trying to have Lahkin miss that shot on purpose. Actually makes no sense at all.
