Posts (%)
Yes or what to see - AAC Legacy fans (mainly ECU)..........7 (14.3%)
Yes or what to see -CUSA fans.......................................5 (10.2%)
Yes or what to see - AAC Depart fans (mainly ECU)..........3 (6.1%)
No.............................................................................3 (6.1%)
Comments about my post and my replies.......................16 (32.7%)
Other (e.g., expectations, crowd, CBSSN..).....................15 (30.6%)
Indifference/Apathy............Whoever was on line but did not comment

Conclusion:
Only 14.3% of posts were from AAC legacy fans caring enough to respond to the question. There were more people interested about my post then people interested about watching a CUSA game.

For someone not interested you sure spend a ridiculous amount of time on the subject, kinda weird.
I'll be interested to see if this guy goes silent or cries like a little baby when the cusa 6 start beating Memphis in football.

The ad hominem argument continues….

At no time have I expressed in a braggadocious manner anything about Memphis over the CUSA6. When I comment about Memphis it is usually in response to a slight to my program, but I take care to present facts and make comments based on those facts. I know all too well the fickleness of success and failure.

My points consistently expressed are: 1. There is a drop off adding the CUSA6, 2. We could have done better by adding different schools, and 3. improvement is required. There should be nothing controversial about those three points as they are plainly evident.
Well 3 of the 6 added have won 2 of the last 6 cusa titles. That's adding the best from cusa all in good markets that can spend too .

The higher ups clearly wanted to go to 6 and their opinions matter more than some bitter old guy on a message board who is clearly miserable in the real world

Do you have nothing in your quiver except insults and misinformation? I have repeated presented facts as recently as today in another thread backing my three points.

We can continue in this vein if you wish. Regardless, I will not resort to personal attacks despite provocation.

It's not misinformation. You provide your slant and give zero credit no matter what the new AAC members do. I'll enjoy watching the new members beating Memphis and half of them are very capable of being on par or better than Memphis plenty in future years.

Not a troll imo.

Definitely doing a bit.

Every bit as funny as the greats like clt, pesik, and bc1 (ok not bc1 level but hey who is).

No Tiger no cry.
No Tiger no silent.

Also speaking oh the game: congrats road runners. You have a mini-dynasty going and it will be interesting to see if you carry all this momentum in to next year in the #P6 and all that implies…

I give credit where it is due. For example, I consistently state UAB is a solid replacement and lately also believe UTSA merits inclusion for FB only.

If Memphis routinely falters against CUSA competition, then it is an indication of the deterioration of the program from heights previously obtained.

You sling mud on a daily basis to CUSA6 schools and play the personal attack card everytime ppl call you out on it. It’s genuinely sad. I understand being upset that the AAC got weaker but the way you conduct yourself is extremely elitist. I can’t enter a single thread on this otherwise really fun forum without seeing you stirring the pot and starting arguments, while at the same time denying what your doing. You just can’t help yourself. There are a lot of posters who argue with you about this and not once have you stopped to think that, maybe, they have a point.

There are so many other posters of other AAC teams in here either saying they are watching the game, being respectful if they aren’t, or giving grats to UTSA for winning. We’re all chill and having fun in here.

I don’t have you on ignore because your Memphis takes are actually really good and worth reading.

Let’s see, during the course of a week I’ve been labeled a whiny b****h, a troll, miserable, bitter, odd, a diva, ect. All by fans from CUSA schools. All for expressing fact based opinions or answering a question. A typical example may be found in this very thread where I answered the question with my first response. The deluge following included my responses to pointed posts composed by CUSA fans on an AAC board.

I will not stop stating my opinions presented on an AAC board because it bothers CUSA posters. I urge those unable to bear my opinions to simply ignore and move on.

Fun game last night, still recovering. Hope we can draw a fun bowl tmrw.

Again with the personal attack. SMH.

You - a fan of a non member school - are not compelled to reply to my posts. There is an ignore feature. I suggest you use it.

Don’t delete it but just about 45 min ago UTSA got eliminated from the NY6.

Was probably their last chance, too. no way they get past Memphis next year in the #P6.

Not difficult to do at this point 07-coffee3

All kidding aside, with Biff Poggi as a coach may just do that on your second conference home game next year.
